A broken metal shower head in room 205 raised concerns about safety. Some areas of the room, particularly the bathroom, could have used a deeper clean, as the surface cleaning left some spots overlooked.

Overall - perfect and quiet place with excellent staff on check-out. New-fashioned and double superior rooms like in the pictures and cool vibe bar area. Good and fantastic location, 1 km from city centre. Very easy to get from Peretola airport, just 0.5 km.

Excellent location, really close to Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti with plenty of nice restaurants and trendy shops in the neighbourhood. Comfortable, ample and cute room.
Old-fashioned air conditioning did not work properly. Only change towels every three days. Weird extreme noise from some kind of machinery. Check- out at 10:30 am, a bit early for us.

Beautiful and warm Tuscania design. Room is quite big, very clean, located in a very silence place.
The B&B is isolated. There isn't any service so you have to prepare your drink yourself

For a cozy stay, request an upper room facing the courtyard for more tranquility. The air conditioning makes a difference as well.

The location cannot be beat. The hotel is about one block from Ponte Vecchio and one block from Pitti Palace - it couldn't be more convenient to all of the major attractions in Florence - everything is walking distance. The room was small but comfortable. The owners provide breakfast and happy hour on the rooftop of their hotel across the street, which has spectacular views of the city. It was the perfect place to stay and a great value too.

Couple's Romantic Escape
We loved the location! Close proximity to all restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The staff was very generous, it's the same staff as the hotel across the street so we had to check-in the same way any hotel guest would. They even had someone bring up our luggage to the 3rd floor. You can't miss the rooftop terrace bar, amazing view while sipping drinks at sunset.
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what we got.

The location was great.
The hotel did not reserve the correct bed arrangements and we lost power one night due to running the aie conditioner. The staff did not seem concerned about either. I would not stay again.

Great location close to the Ponte Vecchio. Good price for the area. Good sized bathroom. Double windows that kept out street noise.
Small room. No phone in room; calls had to be made from a shared hallway phone.
